Contact-type web cleaner Rotor Clean

It is a contact cleaner equipped with a rotating brush. It comes standard with static electricity removal, air blow, and dust collection functions!

Rotor Clean is a dry cleaner that primarily cleans flat-surfaced substrates by making contact with a rotating brush during roll-to-roll and conveyor transport processes. It effectively removes dust and debris that are mainly stuck due to static electricity, as well as small metallic foreign objects, resin scraps, fiber clippings, and hair, using the physical force of the rotating brush. Rotor Clean is equipped with a static electricity removal bar, a flat jet nozzle for air blowing, and dust collection capabilities, in addition to the rotating brush. The static electricity removal bar emits ions and strikes the statically charged products with high-speed pulse air blow, sucking away dust and debris from the surface. Foreign objects are collected using a filter set in a separate dust collector. It is a clean dust collection system that does not scatter dust and debris into the working environment.

Web Cleaner Cross Jet

Powerful dust removal for high-speed webs! Targets tiny particles below 10μm! The true essence of non-contact web cleaners!

This is a powerful web cleaner that meets the need to remove microscopic particles from the surface of films and paper in high-speed lines. In high-speed flowing films, a layer of air known as the laminar boundary layer forms on the surface of the film. As the speed of the film increases, the laminar boundary layer thickens and contains particles on the film's surface. It is important to consider how to penetrate this laminar boundary layer to remove the particles contained within this layer of air. The cross jet is a system that destroys the laminar boundary layer with high-speed air flow to remove particles. Unlike ultrasonic air-type dry cleaners, it does not have a built-in ultrasonic transmitter. Instead, it emits high-speed air from a specially designed flow path to disrupt the air film on the film's surface and remove microscopic foreign substances.
